Cancellation terms:

Cancellation must be made no later than 14 days before arrival to receive a refund. For cancellation, the customer must pay a €50 cancellation and office fee.

If the cancellation is made later than 14 days before the start time, but still earlier than 48 hours before the start time, customers will receive a 50% refund. For cancellation, the customer must pay a €50 cancellation and office fee.

If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the start time or the customer does not arrive as agreed, no refund will be granted.

Customers receive a full refund or a refund in the event of cancellation by the operator due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation must always be made in writing. If the customer does not arrive as agreed, he is still obliged to pay for the service he booked.

COMMERCIAL TERMS

Services and prices:

A reservation received by Kelekka Kuppila is considered confirmed when the reservation system sends a reservation confirmation to the consumer. The payment options are presented on our website in connection with the reservation or in connection with reservations made on the spot and during the reservation process.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Definitions:

Kelekka Kuppila rents snowmobiles in the village of Ylläsjärvi.

"Consumer" is a person who has delivered an order or otherwise confirmed a reservation to the service provider. For the avoidance of doubt, a company, corporation or entity is not a person. hereinafter each individually "entity" and collectively "parties".

"Order" is a document in written form that the consumer submits to the provider to make a reservation. "Order confirmation" is a document sent by the service provider to the consumer, which contains the prices and technical data of the services and confirms the availability of the ordered services.

Service language:

The languages used in guidance and during all services are Finnish and English, unless otherwise stated or agreed.

Responsibility:

The Kelekka Kuppila company must act proactively, carefully and appropriately as health and safety measures in accordance with Finnish laws and regulations and Finnish recommended practice standards when providing rental services under these conditions.

Liability insurance:

The consumer has a deductible obligation when the snowmobile breaks down, as well as travel insurance or something similar for personal injuries.

The deductible in case of damage is €1,500 for Touring snowmobiles. The deductible for Sport and Deep Snow snowmobiles is €2,000.

Snowmobiles for rent:

All rental snowmobiles are checked after the rental is over. The consumer must mention before the start of the rental if he notices a defect or deficiency in the snowmobile or other rental product.

Force majeure:

Neither party shall be liable for any negligence, damage or loss caused by force majeure (including but not limited to war, strike, weather, lack of snow or other natural condition, etc.). If force majeure is detected, the party must immediately notify the other party and keep the other party fully informed of the continuation of the force majeure circumstances and any changes in circumstances when such force majeure occurs. In the case of force majeure, the parties must also take all available reasonable measures to minimize the effects of force majeure on the fulfillment of their obligations under this contractual relationship. However, corona infection is not defined as such.

Applicable law and jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are regulated and interpreted in accordance with Finnish law. Finnish courts have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes, disputes or claims related to such a claim. The District Court of Lapland is a court of first instance located in Rovaniemi, and which we use in the event of a dispute.

Divisibility:

If any part, term or provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms, in part or in full, shall remain in full force and effect.

Privacy Policy:

The Privacy policy regarding the seller's customer, partnership and marketing information can be found in the privacy policy of our organism.

Ordering 

The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the checkout function of the online store. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, product prices and delivery costs. If an e-mail address is given at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and the price. 

Payment 

Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, company ID number 2486559-4) acts as the payment intermediary for the online store, which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay's online service, and Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online retailer. Payment is safe, because all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no outside party can see the information of the payment transaction.

The transaction is created between the customer of the online store and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the store.

Payment methods 

Via the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or installment payment. MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled payment in online stores in the application's settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged from the payment card attached to the wallet. If charging the payment from the payment card fails, paying with the MobilePay wallet is not possible in the online store.

Flexible invoice and Partial payment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is intended for individuals who have handled their financial affairs flawlessly. With Jousto, you get 30 days of interest-free and cost-free payment time. After receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in parts. With installment payment, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 installments, starting at 9.90 eur/month. The costs of the flexible installment are 3.90 eur/month and a credit interest of 19.90%. You can pay for purchases of 30–3,000 euros with Jousto. The credit provider is Aurajoki Nordic Oy. Delivery 

Orders are mailed on weekdays. The delivery time for products delivered from the warehouse is usually 3-5 business days. If the delivered products are order products, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Delivery costs are determined by the chosen delivery method, possible additional services, weight and size of the order. You can see the shipping costs in the checkout function of the online store before the final acceptance of the order. 

If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported to the online store immediately, but within 14 days. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported to the company responsible for delivery without delay. 

Returns

The online store customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return part or all of the ordered products. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in the original packaging and in a salable condition. If you want to return or exchange products, first contact the online store and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact information and account number with the return for a possible refund. 

Order cancellation, error liability and complaints 

Before the order is delivered, the order can be canceled with a written notification by e-mail. 

The online store has statutory error liability for the products sold. In cases of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer potential disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
